One of our biggest advantages is our balanced approach. With 42 rooms, we’re a quiet place to stay at. We provide the comfort you need and we always make sure to meet your needs. We offer 6 different types of rooms: single with a single bed, double with a large bed, double with twin beds, triple with a large bed and a single bed, family rooms with a large bed and single bed, and group rooms with 6 single beds.
The rooms are simply furnished and with shared bathroom facilities.
LOCATION
One of the advantage is its great location: near the starting point of the Fimmvörðuháls hiking trail and only 15 minutes drive away from the Sólheimajökull glacier.
Kverna guesthouse is the perfect stop if you are visiting South Iceland since it is located between Reykjavík and Vík í Mýrdal, just next to Route 1.
